My fitness and health journey started early when I was 16 years old.
I was not happy about my looks. Pimples, a skinny fat physique... I just knew I had to change and start choosing the right nutrition & workout regularly. Back then I promised to myself that by the time I'm 18 years old, I will have developed a muscular body and look better overall. Well, I've achieved it. My skin was getting better, my body changed and most importantly my self-confidence went up significantly. This was due to the commitment I've made to myself and the great results I saw by sticking to my routine. This was also one of the first good habits that I've developed. Knowing that I’ve pushed through my physical goals, I’ve felt the impact of good habits on myself and I was hungry for more. Making all the progress, earning success from the routine initiated my process of establishing more good habits. From that day on until now, Fitness and healthy nutrition have been the foundation of my self-development process and my routine & also gave me the proof and belief that we have so much more potential if we commit and believe in becoming better every day. Therefore I firmly believe that if you want to become the person you always wanted to be, the first step to your self-growth process is to establish a healthy, successful & unique routine.
